HR records are personal. Each business has its own separate space, and we are built so we cannot casually look inside it.
- Your business only. Customers are kept apart in the database itself, not just on screen.
- We do not read it. Our own team sees counts, such as how many people you have. We do not see anyone's leave, sickness or personal details.
